Boja:gi is a Korean dessert café built around the idea that every slice is a memory wrapped with care. Inspired by bojagi (보자기) – the traditional wrapping cloth that symbolizes care, gratitude, and the beauty of giving – the brand blends Korean heritage with modern minimalism.
The challenge was to create a visual identity that feels premium and contemporary, while staying deeply rooted in Korean culture and craftsmanship.

Concept & Logo
Just as layers of fabric come together to form a beautiful bojagi, the café’s layered cakes mirror that same sense of care and harmony. This idea is captured in the logo, where intersecting forms suggest cake layers wrapped in warmth and light.
The logo also reinterprets Korean patchwork (jogakbo) in a modern way, turning the layered structure of a cake into a simple, memorable symbol for the café.

Colour Palette & Applications
The colour palette is drawn from natural Korean dessert ingredients such as yuzu, pumpkin, matcha, and black sesame, creating a warm, appetizing tone that still feels refined. These hues carry through packaging, cups, dessert boxes, pouches, and social media imagery, so every touchpoint feels cohesive and culturally grounded.
Through gentle colours, geometric balance, and thoughtful simplicity, Boja:gi reimagines Korean tradition as a heartfelt café experience for a global audience.
